No Hassle Returns & Exchanges!
All items are eligible for Exchange, Refund or Online Store Credit when returned Within 30 Days of Date of Invoice. Simply fill out our online Return Authorization Form at the bottom of this page, indicate whether you’d prefer an Exchange, a Refund or a Store Credit and click SUBMIT. Package up your return product, choose your preferred carrier and ship it to us at the address listed below.
Refunds: Once your returning item is received we will refund your original invoiced amount with the full cost of your product and HST.
Exchanges: Once your Return for Exchange item has been received, we will ship a replacement item of the same style to you. We will cover shipping for your replacement item! You may substitute a different colour or fabric option from the online product listing for each style. Exchanges for completely different styles must follow the Refunds protocol above and you will have to reorder whatever new item you would like.
Store Credit: Should you opt for a Store Credit on the Return Authorization Form below, you will be assigned a Discount Code once your returning item is received. Use this code for a future online purchase at any time. (It’s nice to have a little piece of gold in the bank, don’t you agree?)
